  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Fresh peach slices, for garnish (optional)
  • A sprig of mint, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices, coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum (if using), honey or simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Taste and adjust: Taste the drink and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again to mix thoroughly.
