- 1/2 cup coconut cream (or coconut milk for a lighter version)
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup white rum (optional, for a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum)
- 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice
- Fresh peach slices, for garnish (optional)
- A sprig of mint, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices, coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum (if using), honey or simple syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust: Taste the drink and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again to mix thoroughly.
- Serve: Pour the iced peach colada into glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices and a sprig of mint if desired.
