Instructions
- Prepare the fruits: Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove their stems. Peel and chop the banana if needed. If using fresh mango, peel and cut it into chunks for easier blending.
- Combine ingredients: Place the strawberries, mango chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut water into a blender.
- Add sweetener: If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the tablespoon of honey at this stage.
- Add ice: For a frosty and chilled texture, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Adjust consistency and sweetness: Taste the smoothie and adjust by adding more honey for sweetness, coconut water for thinner consistency, or ice for more chill and thickness.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass, optionally garnish with a strawberry or mango slice, and enjoy immediately for best freshness.
